Why the Village?
Everyone deserves a place to belong.
For decades, the Winston Prouty Center has supported children and families through early childhood education and family-centered services. The Village extends that mission by creating homes and community spaces where families—and the educators, neighbors, and partners who support them—can build stable, connected lives.

The campus master plan incorporates up to 300 new homes, with a range of housing types—from apartments to townhomes, duplexes, and other smaller-scale residences.
The goal is an inclusive neighborhood that welcomes people with different household sizes, backgrounds, and needs with rents targeted at workforce level.
